Nathun Finkhouse has been performing since he was 16 years old all over the Pacific Northwest. His style is a melting pot of Americana, Classic Rock, Blues, Country, Singer-Songwriter, and just all around good time Rock 'n Roll. Nathun writes, records, and performs both as an acoustic solo artist (with amazing guests like Dennis Belenson on Harmonica) and fronting his Rock 'n Roll band, Kill the Headlights. With several albums and singles released as well as numerous bar, festival, farmer’s market and private event gigs under his belt, Nathun has amassed an impressive resume that is a testament to his work ethic, experience, and professional relationships.
Nathun puts on one hell of a show that includes a healthy dose of memorable, original music and toe tapping, crowd pleasing, sing-a-long inducing cover songs. When you see his band, Kill the Headlights, you will be treated to high energy Rock 'n Roll at its finest with scorching guitar solos, pounding drums, and exciting vocal performances that take inspiration from the likes of the Rolling Stones, Tom Petty, CCR, Weezer, Black Crowes, and the like.
And just because Nathun’s solo shows are acoustic doesn’t mean they’re some kind of snooze-fest. Oh no! Nathun brings that same Rock n’ Roll energy to his solo shows with the added benefit of playing smaller venues and allowing for a more campfire, sing-along experience where the heart of the songs are celebrated. And since Nathun displays his song list at each gig, you are highly encouraged to request whatever song you want to hear, making the event memorable and interactive.
